Cost & Insurance

We are proud to be an in-network provider with Premera Blue Cross, Regence Blue Shield, Anthem Blue Cross, and Lifewise Health Plan of Washington. Most services at Ravenna Center for Neuropsychiatry, including TMS therapy and psychedelic education and harm reduction, can be billed directly to your insurance plan.

If you do not see your insurance listed, we are happy to offer care on a self-pay basis. Our team can also provide documentation to help you pursue potential out-of-network reimbursement.

A Different Approach to TMS Care

We are proud to be the only clinic in the Seattle area offering a membership-based model for TMS therapy. Traditional TMS treatment is typically delivered in time-limited courses, often shaped by insurance authorizations and session caps. While these protocols can be highly effective, they do not always align with the long-term, relapsing nature of depression and other mood disorders.

Our membership model was designed to address this gap. Membership care emphasizes access, flexibility, and physician-directed treatment planning. Clinical decisions are guided by your response and symptom course, not by insurance-imposed limits.

Members benefit from extended tapering schedules, maintenance TMS, and early booster sessions at the first signs of symptom recurrence—three evidence-based strategies that are not currently covered by most major insurance plans. This proactive approach allows us to intervene earlier, reduce the risk of relapse, and personalize care over time.

Members receive:

  • Unlimited TMS treatments for one year

  • Ongoing physician oversight and clinical monitoring

  • Flexible scheduling based on clinical need

  • Continuity of care without repeated insurance authorizations

All treatment is provided at physician discretion and based on medical necessity.

Our membership model is designed to eliminate unnecessary barriers to care. Rather than waiting for symptoms to significantly worsen in order to requalify for another insurance-approved course, members have access to TMS when it is clinically indicated. This proactive approach allows us to intervene early, preserve treatment gains, and reduce the risk of relapse.

Is Membership Right for You?

Membership is ideal for individuals seeking a long-term, physician-directed strategy for mood stabilization and relapse prevention. It is particularly well suited for those with recurrent or treatment-resistant depression who desire continuity beyond a single acute treatment course.

This model appeals to patients who value direct psychiatric oversight, clinical responsiveness, and a structured yet flexible framework for ongoing care. Treatment decisions are guided by clinical expertise and individual progress, not by external authorization limits. For many, membership offers a more consistent, personalized, and comprehensive approach to TMS therapy.

We welcome the opportunity to discuss whether this model aligns with your goals and long-term treatment plan.
